This video shows a reconstruction of the protein 1PTQ using the Douglas-Rachford algorithm. The only data used is the interatomic distances below 6Å, which correspond to 8.83% of the non-zero interatomic distances. The image in the top left corner shows the actual structure of the protein.
The images are drawn in Swiss-PdbViewer, and the 1PTQ data file was taken from the RCSB Protein Data Bank.
